Newly licensed companies
You have a trade licence, a logo and perhaps a WhatsApp number. You need a credible company site quickly, with the words written for you, so your first clients see a business that is here to stay.
Website design · Dubai, UAE
Company websites for UAE businesses, written, designed and built by one Dubai team. You get a fixed written quote within 45 minutes in business hours, and nothing is built until you approve the design.
Who this is for
A website in the UAE is often checked before anyone picks up the phone. Buyers look you up after a meeting, banks and free zone partners check you exist, and customers compare three providers on their phone in a taxi. Our website design service is built for companies that need the site to hold up under that kind of scrutiny.
You have a trade licence, a logo and perhaps a WhatsApp number. You need a credible company site quickly, with the words written for you, so your first clients see a business that is here to stay.
The business has moved on but the website still describes it as it was. Services are missing, the team page is years old and nobody remembers the login. You need a site that reflects the company today.
Arabic speaking customers, English speaking expats, international investors. You need one site that serves each group properly instead of a patchwork of translated pages.
First impressions
Watch people use business websites here and the same checks come up again and again. Very few read the About page first. They look for evidence that the company is real, reachable and competent, and they do it on a phone.
When Billionaire Homes came to us, the brief was simple to state and hard to deliver: the buyer judges the brokerage by its site before they judge the property. Every design decision followed from that.

What is included
Quotes in Dubai are hard to compare because agencies leave different things out. Ours lists what is included in writing. For a standard company website that means the following.
We agree the goal, the audience and the page structure before any design starts, so nothing is designed twice.
We interview you and write the pages. Headlines, service descriptions and calls to action are written for the people you sell to.
Wireframes first, then full designs of every key page on desktop and mobile. Development starts only after your approval.
Optional bilingual build with right to left layout, mirrored navigation and Arabic fonts chosen for legibility.
Editable pages, team members, projects and news, set up so a non technical person can make changes safely.
Compressed images, clean headings, page titles, meta descriptions and structured data in place from day one.
Form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks recorded as events, so you can see which pages produce enquiries.
Training, a recorded walkthrough and a support window, plus every login and the code in your name.
Planning the pages
Page count is not a measure of quality. A focused eight page site usually outperforms a sprawling thirty page one. These are the pages we most often recommend, with the mistake we see most often on each.
| Page | Its real job | Common mistake |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Say what you do, for whom and where, then route people to the right service | A slider of five rotating messages that nobody waits to read |
| Service pages, one per service | Answer the questions a buyer asks before calling, and rank for that service in search | One page listing every service in a single paragraph each |
| Projects or case studies | Prove you have done this before, with names and specifics | A gallery of images with no context about the client or the problem |
| About | Show who is behind the company and why they can be trusted | A mission statement that could belong to any company in any country |
| Contact | Make contact effortless: form, WhatsApp, phone, address, map, hours | A form only, with no way to reach a person quickly |
| Privacy policy | Explain what the forms and tracking collect and why | A template copied from a site in another jurisdiction |
Before you brief us
Projects rarely slow down in design or development. They slow down waiting for content, logins and decisions. Gathering these before discovery makes a real difference.
The domain registrar login, current hosting details and any Google Business Profile, Search Console or Analytics accounts. If a previous agency registered the domain in its own name, start the transfer conversation now, because it can take time.
The logo in vector format, brand colours and fonts, and any brand guidelines. If the logo only exists as a low resolution image from a social media profile, tell us early.
Client names you have permission to mention, project photos, certificates and licences. In our experience, real photographs of your team and premises persuade far better than stock images.
Not to copy, but to understand your taste. “I like how clear the pricing page is” is far more useful than “I like it”.
Nominate the person who approves design and copy. Feedback gathered from six people separately is the most common reason a website stalls.
A website is judged in the first few seconds on a phone. Design for that moment first, and the desktop version takes care of itself.
Arabic done properly
A translation plugin that swaps text on the same page is the fastest way to publish Arabic, and usually the worst. Layouts break when text runs right to left, icons point the wrong way, and search engines struggle to index the Arabic version.
We design both languages from the start. Google recommends using different URLs for each language version rather than cookies or browser settings, and advises against automatically redirecting visitors based on the language it guesses they read. So each page has an English and an Arabic address, with a clear language switch visitors control themselves.
HMS FMCE, a Dubai rehabilitation and physiotherapy practice, needed exactly this: one site that serves English and Arabic reading patients equally, rather than two half maintained ones. Read our Arabic and English bilingual website guide for the detail.

Performance
Google’s Web Vitals guidance sets clear targets: the largest content on the page should appear within 2.5 seconds, the page should respond to a tap within 200 milliseconds, and layout shift should stay at 0.1 or less, measured at the 75th percentile of real page loads. We build to those numbers and check them before launch.
Large hero photos are the usual reason a Dubai company site feels slow. We serve modern formats at the size each device actually needs.
Every script added to a site costs load time. We avoid heavy page builders and question each third party tag before it goes in.
We check the site on real phones and browsers, on mobile data as well as wifi, because that is how your customers will see it.
Our website speed and Core Web Vitals guide explains how to test your current site in a few minutes.

Straight answers
It depends on scope: the number of page types, whether the site is bilingual, and what it has to connect to. Instead of a range that tells you nothing, we send a fixed written quote, scoped to you, usually within 45 minutes during business hours. There is no charge and no obligation.
The biggest variables are scope and how quickly content feedback and approvals come back from your side. A company site moves faster than a bilingual site with integrations. The proposal sets out the stages and what we need from you at each one, so you can plan around it.
No. Copywriting is included. We interview you and the people who talk to customers, then write the pages. If you already have copy you are happy with, we edit it for the web rather than start again.
Yes. The domain, hosting account, CMS logins and source code are registered in your name and handed over at launch. If you later move to another agency or bring the work in house, nothing stops you.
Yes. We build fully bilingual sites with proper right to left layout and Arabic typography that reads correctly, as we did for HMS FMCE. Each language gets its own URLs so both versions can be found in search.
Most company websites suit WordPress with a lean custom theme because your team can edit it easily. Where a site needs heavy integrations or app features, we recommend a custom build. The proposal explains the recommendation, and either way you get a CMS your team can use.
You get handover training, a recorded walkthrough your new staff can watch later, and a support window while the team settles in. SEO and ads are available on an optional monthly retainer, but plenty of clients run their own marketing.
