Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of webdesignindubai.ae (the “site”), operated by Codeeo under the name Website Design Dubai by Codeeo. Codeeo is based at Building A1, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. In these terms, “Codeeo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Codeeo, and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the site.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These are terms of use for the website only. They are not a contract for design, development or marketing services. Any work we carry out for you is governed by the written proposal or agreement you accept, as explained in section 5.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site, read and share its pages, and contact us through it for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation in the UAE or elsewhere
- submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through the quote form
- send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through the site
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
- copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the site in bulk
- interfere with the site’s operation or security
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or change or remove any part of it, at any time and without notice.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics, layout, code and the Codeeo name and logo on this site belong to Codeeo or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own reference, and link to them. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or adapt material from the site for commercial use without our written permission.
Client names, logos, screenshots and project details in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission. Photographs used on the site are credited to their owners or licensed for our use. Nothing on the site gives you any right to use those materials.
4. Information on the site
We write the content on this site, including our blog and guides, to be accurate and useful at the time of publishing. It is general information about websites and digital marketing, not professional, legal or financial advice for your situation. Rules, platforms and third party services change, so check anything important before relying on it.
5. Quotes and proposals
Submitting the quote form, or contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email, does not create a contract between you and Codeeo. Any figures, timelines or scope we discuss with you are not binding on either party until a written proposal has been issued and accepted by you in writing.
Once you accept a written proposal, the terms of that proposal, together with any agreement it refers to, govern the work. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the proposal and agreement take priority.
6. Links to other websites
The site links to websites we do not control, including client projects, review platforms, social networks and tools such as WhatsApp. We provide these links for convenience only. We give no warranty about the content, accuracy, availability or security of third party websites and are not responsible for them, or for any loss that results from your use of them.
7. No warranties
We work to keep the site available and working, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, free of errors or free of viruses, or that its content is complete or current. You are responsible for using suitable security software on your own devices.
8. Limitation of liability
In plain terms: the site is free to use, so our responsibility for it is limited.
- To the extent the law allows, Codeeo is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, your inability to use it, or your reliance on its content.
- This includes indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, data, business or goodwill.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the UAE.
These limits relate to the website only. Liability for paid work is set out in the proposal or agreement for that work.
9. Your personal data
How we collect and use personal data, including through the quote form and cookies, is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@codeeo.com, or you can reach us through our contact page or by phone on +971 58 844 8631.
