1. Who we are

This website, webdesignindubai.ae, is operated by Codeeo under the name Website Design Dubai by Codeeo. Codeeo is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. In this policy, “Codeeo”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Codeeo, and “you” means anyone who visits the site or contacts us through it.

This policy covers this website only. When you become a client, the proposal or agreement you sign may contain further terms about data we handle for your project.

2. The data we collect

2.1 Information you give us through the quote form

When you request a quote or send an enquiry, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number
• the type of project you choose, for example a new website, a redesign or an online store
• any message or brief you write

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we collect the details you share in that conversation.

2.2 Information collected automatically with the form

The quote form contains hidden fields that record how you reached the site, so we can tell which advertising and marketing produces enquiries. These can include:

• advertising click identifiers: gclid, gbraid and wbraid (Google Ads), fbclid (Meta) and msclkid (Microsoft Advertising)
• UTM parameters describing the campaign, source, medium, term and content of a link
• the referring website and the page you first landed on
• your device type, for example mobile, tablet or desktop

These values are only stored alongside your details if you submit the form.

2.3 Cookies, analytics and advertising tags

The site uses, or may use, the following third party tools, which may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser and collect information such as the pages you view, the time you spend on them, your approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device, and actions such as submitting the form:

Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies, linked in the sources below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt out browser add on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings.

3. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare the written proposal you asked for.
• To follow up about that proposal by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• To send you a confirmation, examples of our recent work and guides related to your enquiry, as described next to the form. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand which pages, campaigns and ads bring enquiries, and to improve the site and our advertising.
• To keep business records and to meet our legal obligations.
• To protect the site and our systems against spam, fraud and misuse.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form or continue to use the site with these tools enabled, the steps needed to respond to your request for a proposal, and our legitimate business needs and legal obligations where these apply. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as far as they need it:

• Hostinger hosts this website and the data submitted through it.
• Resend delivers the emails sent when you submit the form, including your confirmation and our notification of your enquiry.
• Google provides Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads.
• Meta provides the Meta Pixel.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to a competent authority, or to protect our legal rights.

5. Transfers outside the UAE

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s own safeguards and contractual commitments for protecting personal data, which are described in their privacy policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your proposal, and afterwards for as long as they are needed for legitimate business records or to meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous. Analytics and advertising data held by Google and Meta is kept according to their retention settings and policies.

7. Your rights

The UAE’s Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 Regarding the Protection of Personal Data, also known as the Personal Data Protection Law, came into force on 2 January 2022. According to the UAE Government Portal, it gives individuals the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data and to restrict or stop the processing of their personal data, and it names the UAE Data Office as the regulator.

Whatever law applies to you, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• delete your data, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason
• restrict or stop processing your data
• stop sending you marketing emails
• withdraw consent you have given, without affecting processing that took place before

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted HTTPS connections on this site and limiting access to enquiry records to the people who need them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.

10. Links to other websites

The site links to other websites, including client projects in our portfolio and third party tools. We are not responsible for how those websites handle personal data. Please read their privacy policies. Use of this site is also governed by our terms and conditions.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, tools or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
