Star Cinemas is a UAE cinema chain operated by Phars Film. The requirement was clear: customers should be able to find a screening, apply an offer and pay, all on a phone, without switching between channels.
Projects like this are defined less by their homepage than by their edge cases. What happens when a seat is held but payment fails? When an offer applies to some screenings and not others? When two people try to book the last seats at once? Designing those moments before development is what separates a platform that holds up from one that generates support calls.

What counts as custom web development?
Any web software built around your own rules rather than configured from a template: booking and ticketing systems, customer or partner portals, marketplaces, internal dashboards and integrations between systems. If users log in and the system makes decisions, it is usually custom work.
Should we buy existing software or build our own?
Buy when a subscription product already covers most of your process and you can live with its limits. Build when the process is what makes you different, when you are paying for several tools stitched together by hand, or when you need to own the data and the roadmap. We will tell you if off the shelf software is the better answer.
Who owns the source code?
You do. The code repository, hosting account, domain and third party service accounts are set up in your company's name, so another team could continue the work if you ever chose to.
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
Usually, if the system offers an API or a reliable export. Common examples are CRMs, accounting and ERP software, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business messaging and delivery platforms. We confirm what each system allows during discovery, before the quote is final.
Will the platform work in Arabic?
Yes. Interfaces, emails, notifications and generated documents can be bilingual with proper right to left layout. Decide early whether admin screens also need Arabic, because it affects the design of every screen.
