Codeeo was established in Dubai in 2018. We work from Building A1 in IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, designing and building websites, online stores, web apps and mobile apps. Website Design Dubai by Codeeo is where we explain that work in plain terms, service by service.
Since 2018 we have built for more than 200 clients in over ten industries. Some are household names in the UAE, like Star Cinemas and Modon Holding. Others are founders opening their first online store. The size of the brief changes. The way we handle it does not.

How we work
Commitments you get in writing, not in a sales call
Most frustration with agencies comes from vague scope and surprises halfway through. We remove those at the start.
You approve the design first
Every key page is designed in full before a line of code is written. Development only starts once you have signed off how the site looks and reads.
We write the words
Copywriting is included. We interview you about your business and customers, then write the pages. If you already have copy you like, we work with it.
You own everything
Your domain, hosting account, CMS logins and source code are registered in your name and handed over. If you ever want to move to another agency, nothing stops you.
Arabic done properly
Bilingual sites are built with real right to left layouts and Arabic typography that reads correctly, as we did for HMS FMCE. It is a build decision, not a translation plugin.
Your team can run it
Sites ship on a CMS your staff can edit. Handover includes training, a recorded walkthrough for future hires and a support window while everyone settles in.

A website is a sales tool before it is a brochure
It has one job per page
A visitor lands on a page with a question. The page should answer it and make the next step obvious, whether that is a call, a WhatsApp message, a booking or a checkout. Pages that try to say everything usually persuade nobody.
Speed is part of the design
Many visitors arrive on a phone, often straight from an ad or a map result. A slow page loses them before the design has a chance. We treat load time as a design constraint from the first wireframe, and test on real devices and browsers before launch.
If it is not measured, it is a guess
Every launch includes conversion tracking, so you can see which enquiries the site produced and where they came from. That is also what makes later SEO and ads worth paying for.
Honest advice beats a bigger invoice
If your current site only needs faster pages and a rewritten homepage, we will say so. A common problem we see is a business rebuilding from scratch when a focused website redesign would have done the job.
