The problem

Why UAE ad budgets leak after the click

Clicks in competitive Dubai categories such as property, business setup, clinics and education are not cheap. Yet many campaigns still send those clicks to a homepage, a generic services page or a slow site with a long form. The ad did its job. The page lost the lead.

The page does not match the ad

The ad says “Dental implants in Jumeirah” and the page opens with a slider about the clinic’s history. The visitor is not sure they are in the right place, and goes back to the results.

It loads slowly on mobile data

Someone who taps an Instagram ad is very likely holding a phone. A heavy page with a video background and several tracking scripts can lose people before the headline even appears.

There is no quick way to ask

A twelve field form and no WhatsApp option asks a lot from someone who only wants to check price or availability first.

Nobody knows what worked

Leads arrive by email with no campaign information, so budget decisions are made on clicks rather than on which keywords or audiences produced customers.

What goes on the page

The anatomy of a landing page that converts

Every campaign is different, but the pages that perform share a structure. This is what we design into each one.

A headline that echoes the ad

The same service, place and offer the visitor clicked on, in the first line they read. For search campaigns we can swap the headline to match the keyword group.

One action, repeated

One goal per page, whether a quote request, a consultation booking or a viewing. The call to action appears after every section, not only at the bottom.

Form and WhatsApp together

A short form above the fold on mobile, with a WhatsApp button for people who prefer to message first. Only ask for what your sales team really uses.

Proof close to the ask

Google reviews, client logos, licences or project photos placed next to the form, where doubt is highest.

Built light

No sliders, no autoplay video, compressed images and only the scripts the page needs. Speed is checked on a real phone before any budget goes live.

Answers to the real objections

Price approach, timing, location and what happens after they submit. A short FAQ often does more than another paragraph of benefits.

Search versus social

Google Ads and Meta visitors need different pages

The same offer, promoted on two platforms, reaches people in two very different states of mind. Writing one page for both usually means it suits neither.

Google Ads searchMeta (Facebook and Instagram)
Visitor mindsetActively looking, comparing providersInterrupted while scrolling, curious but not yet searching
HeadlineMirror the search term and locationLead with the problem or the outcome shown in the creative
Page lengthShorter, with key facts earlyLonger, building context and trust before the ask
FormShort, since intent is already highConsider a qualifying question to filter casual interest
Visual continuityClear, factual layoutSame imagery and colours as the ad, so it feels like one story
Main riskLosing to a competitor one tab awayPlenty of leads, few of them serious

Tracking

Know which campaign produced which customer

A landing page without reliable tracking turns your ad account into guesswork. Launch includes conversion tracking, and for campaign pages we go further, so every lead can be traced back to where it came from.

  • Form submissions, phone taps and WhatsApp clicks recorded as separate conversion events
  • Events sent to Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, managed in Google Tag Manager
  • Google click IDs and UTM parameters stored in hidden form fields
  • Lead details passed to your CRM or inbox with the campaign attached
  • A thank you page or event that only fires on a real submission, not a page view
  • Consent and privacy wording reviewed, since forms collect personal data

How it runs

From campaign brief to live page

Landing pages are smaller than websites, so the process is shorter, but the same rule applies: you approve the design before it is built.

  1. Campaign brief

The offer, the audience, the platforms, the keywords or ad angles, and what counts as a good lead for your sales team.

  2. Copy and wireframe

We write the page around the ad message and the objections your team hears on calls. Copywriting is included.

  3. Design approval

Mobile first design, matched to the ad creative, approved by you before development.

  4. Build and tracking

The page is built for speed and connected to your analytics, ad accounts, CRM and WhatsApp.

  5. Test submissions

Real form entries and WhatsApp clicks on real devices, checked in each platform’s reporting before any budget is spent.

  6. Launch and handover

Domain or subdomain, SSL and publishing, plus a walkthrough so your team can edit offers and headlines for future campaigns.

If a lead cannot be traced to a campaign, the campaign cannot be improved.

Before you spend

A final check before pointing ads at any page

Run through this on your phone, not your laptop, before a campaign goes live. It takes a few minutes and catches the problems that quietly waste budget.

  • The headline repeats the words used in the ad
  • The form and WhatsApp button are visible without scrolling on a phone
  • Submitting the form shows a clear confirmation and sends the lead to the right person
  • The WhatsApp link opens a chat with a prefilled message naming the campaign
  • The phone number is tappable and correct, with the UAE country code
  • The conversion appears in Google Ads or Meta Events Manager after a test
  • The page still loads quickly with wifi switched off, on mobile data only

Speed matters doubly on paid traffic. Our website speed and Core Web Vitals guide shows how to test a page.

Frequently asked questions

Why not send ad traffic to my homepage?

A homepage talks to everyone, so it rarely answers the exact question behind a specific ad. A landing page repeats the promise of the ad, removes distractions and asks for one action. Google Ads also assesses how relevant and useful your landing page is to people who click, as part of Quality Score.

Should the page use a form or WhatsApp?

Usually both. In the UAE many people prefer to start with a WhatsApp message, while others want to leave details and be called back. We track each option separately so you can see which one brings better leads for your business.

Do I need a separate page for Google Ads and Meta?

Often yes. Google search visitors are already looking for the service and want answers fast. Meta visitors were interrupted while scrolling and need more context before they trust you. The same offer usually converts better with two differently written pages.

What tracking do you set up?

Conversion events for form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, usually managed through Google Tag Manager. We also capture click identifiers and UTM parameters in hidden form fields so each lead in your CRM shows which campaign it came from.

Can the landing page be in Arabic?

Yes. If your campaigns target Arabic speakers, the Arabic page should be written for them rather than translated word for word, with right to left layout and an Arabic form. Keep campaigns separated by language so each ad sends people to the matching page.

Do you also run the ads?

Ads management is available on an optional monthly retainer, but many clients have their own media buyer or agency. We build the page to hand over cleanly, with tracking already firing, whoever runs the campaigns.
